已成功开展国际首例局麻下肝癌
SUCCESSFULLY CONDUCTED THE FIRST INTERNATIONAL CLINICAL TRIAL OF LIVER CANCER UNDER LOCAL ANESTHESIA
2023年4月在清华长庚医院成功开展不可手术的特殊肝癌消融
患者为57岁男性肝癌患者，术前检查显示：肝门部胆管壁增厚，累及左右肝管，周围见不规则肿块影，边界不清，大小约45mm×36mm（se3，im21），增强扫描边缘强化，诊断考虑；肝门部胆管癌。患者由外院介绍来清华长庚医院，希望进行钇90介入治疗，但术前肝动脉造影显示肿瘤缺乏明显增强供血血管，改做S-IRE消融治疗。
